Animated Head ?

I'm enjoying looking at everything here, thanks.

I have a silverlight project which will involve an animated head with moving lips - I am working on the speech part at the moment.

What I am wondering is can Balder currently do something like this :

Control and change parts of a mesh - in other words say I have a head model, I would want to change the mouth positions as it speaks.

So could I do things like morphing, dynamically alter the mesh or keyframe things to accomplish this ?

it is possible to dynamically change the mesh. 

On a Mesh, there is something called FullDetailLevel, it has methods for getting all the vertices and setting a specific vertex as well. 


Animation is something we're working on as a general concept - morphing should be part of that as well. I don't have an estimate for when this will be in there, I'm afraid, so for now you'd have to roll this yourself.
