unhandled exception

when i am trying to run silverlight application this exception appears to me and i didn't know what is the problem
need help for this what can i do

Blend / Visual Studio designer is not supported - so that is probably why you're getting this.

There will be a huge refactoring soon that will hopefully enable this in a better way.
