Frame Buffer exception (depthbuffer is null)

I have randomly seen the following behavior and not sure if it is related to the Visual Studio web server or Balder.  If I leave the server runnihg and bounce my application, I will see an exception in the Buffers.cs file, InitializeZBuffer method, where DepthBuffer is null, at line number 42.  I cannot reproduce it reliably to debug and was hoping someone else might have seen this behavior and has a fix for it.

I've noticed this a couple of times, and yesterday I might have stumbled upon a way of consistently reproducing it.

As far as I can see its a combination of threading and the order initialization is done. Most likely a synchronization issue with all the threads used in rendering.
