Change coordinates for vertex in runtime for Mesh on WP7

I successfully generated Mesh data on the fly for WP7 by tutorial  Balder-Tutorial-Creating-a-Mesh-programatically.

Now, I want to change coordinates for vertex in runtime. Is it possible?

I tried something like, but without success.

var vertexIndex = 0;
var vertexes = Cube.FullDetailLevel.GetVertices();
var singleVertex = vertexes[vertexIndex];
singleVertex.X += 1;
singleVertex.Y += 1;
singleVertex.Z += 1;
Cube.FullDetailLevel.SetVertex(vertexIndex, singleVertex);

I am using Balder version

I'll have to get back to you in a while because of a non-working Windows Phone 7 version right now, been focusing on Silverlight 5 and the hardware support, need to consolidate the code to make the WP7 version work. There is a bit of work left in order to do the dynamic change of vertices for the latest code.
