Is there any 3D pipeline GIS demo based on Balder?

That ESRI terrain demo looks great, but I'm unable to access the source code from the link provided in the article (leads to a file not found error on the ESRI site) - has anybody else been able to get hold of it?

I emailed the author and he fixed the links, they should work again.
