Does Balder support to show large size of ase file?

I have one ase file(138MB size), I write code to load file : ContentManager.Load<Mesh>("car.ase"),

When I bulid the project, VS2010 show: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

So I want to know if balder does not support large size ASE file now?

That was a pretty large one. :)   How many vertices and faces does it have?

A little bit odd that you're running out of memory, but I guess it could be because of the fact that the loader is not streaming it in. It is in fact loading the entire file, then parsing it and creating the structure internally for Balder, then it frees it. 

Given the size of the file, I suspect it contain a lot of vertices and faces. If you were able to load it, you would most likely see an opposite framerate. Seconds Per Frame and not Frames Per Second. :)  Balder uses software rendering written in managed code (C#), so its limiting at this point.
