Started looking into the rendering pipeline of WP7 - it is too primitive for the features of Balder. I can see I wrote it in a hurry to get a sample up.

Removed instanation of display with Platform as dependency

Added support for quirks generated by Biturn ASCII-Exporter (http://mirex.mypage.dk).
It adds a root object with nothing in it - so the loader just skips this.
Also, it adds spaces instead of using tabs in some scenarios. Refactored this to handle both.
